Job Description

PandaDoc's Brand Studio is looking for a versatile designer to be our Brand Designer, Production.

We move fast. Our Brand Studio supports campaigns, paid media, events, web, and more — often all at once — and we need a designer who can keep up without losing quality. This role is the engine that keeps creative output moving: you'll own production across a wide range of assets and formats, context-switch between projects without missing a beat, and occasionally bring your own creative thinking to the table when the brief calls for it.

This isn't a pure production role. We need someone well-rounded enough to fill gaps across the team — whether that's finishing a paid ad set, creating marketing collateral, or jumping into a campaign with a fresh idea. You're flexible, fast, and care about craft even on the smallest asset.

You'll report into the Design Lead on the Brand Studio team, which sits within Corporate Marketing.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner closely with the paid media team: Work hand-in-hand with paid media to understand what's performing, adapt quickly, and apply those learnings to make the next round of assets sharper. You pay attention to what works and why.
  • Own day-to-day production output: Execute a high volume of brand and marketing assets across formats — paid ads, social graphics, email headers, event signage, presentation decks, sales collateral, and more. You're reliable, consistent, and fast.
  • Context-switch without dropping the ball: You'll regularly move between multiple projects and priorities. You know how to triage, stay organized, and deliver on time without needing someone to manage every detail for you.
  • Stay current on tools, AI, and production best practices: You're always looking for smarter ways to work — whether that's a new AI design tool, a faster way to batch assets, or a process that cuts review cycles. You bring that knowledge back to the team and help raise the bar on how we produce at scale.
  • Support campaign and event creative: Jump in on integrated campaigns and event activations to support the broader Brand Studio team — resizing, adapting, and producing assets that carry the creative vision through to final delivery.
  • Bring ideas when the brief calls for it: This isn't a heads-down production seat. When there's room to concept or contribute a creative direction, you take it.
  • Maintain brand consistency: Apply brand guidelines accurately and consistently across every asset you touch. You're a steward of the details — spacing, hierarchy, color, and type — even under pressure.
  • Collaborate across the team: Work closely with brand designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders to get assets across the finish line. You communicate clearly, flag issues early, and make the team around you faster.

About you:

  • You embody our EPIC values: you push for Excellence even on the smallest deliverable, find Purpose in keeping the creative engine running, embrace Innovation by finding smarter ways to produce great work, and build Collaboration by being the teammate everyone wants on a deadline.
  • You'll report into the Manager, Brand Design on the Brand Studio team, which sits within Corporate Marketing.
  • You're a student of the craft and the process. You keep up with AI design tools, production workflows, and emerging techniques — not out of FOMO, but because you genuinely want to find better ways to do the work.
  • You're fast without being sloppy. You know the difference between good enough and actually good — and you default to the latter even when time is tight.
  • You're a context-switcher by nature. Jumping between a paid ad, an event banner, and a deck in the same afternoon doesn't stress you out. It's just Tuesday.
  • You're organized and self-directed. You don't need someone managing your queue for you. You know what's priority, what's in progress, and what's blocked.
  • Details matter to you. Spacing, hierarchy, color, type — you bring visual judgment to every asset, not just the marquee projects.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of brand or graphic design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates range across formats and channels
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience producing assets across digital and print formats — paid ads, HTML5 banners, social, email, event materials, presentations, and more
  • Ability to work within and apply an established brand system accurately and consistently
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience working in-house at a B2B SaaS or tech company preferred (agency experience considered)
  • Bonus: Experience with motion design or basic animation in After Effects
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI design tools that accelerate production output
