Your Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions accurately to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training to stay up to date with FinTech product developments and customer service best practices.
  • Relocate to Greece with full support provided by the company for a smooth transition.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
  • A minimum of level B2 in English.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within FinTech or financial services, is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support.
