Job Role: Operations Manager
Compensation range: $2000 - $3000 AUD / Monthly

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: A boutique branding and website agency recognised for its strategic, people-first approach and strong client relationships. The agency works with service-based and mission-driven organisations across healthcare, community initiatives, and impact-focused sectors, delivering high-quality work built on authenticity and integrity.
Role Overview: This is a senior, autonomous role - second in command to the Founder. You'll be the final gatekeeper on client deliverables, the engine behind the team's workflow, and a key operator across design, content, web delivery, and project management.
The right person has at least 10 years of hands-on experience inside a creative or marketing agency. You've done the hard yards across design, copywriting, web builds, and content marketing. You don't just know what good looks like, you'll call it out when something isn't there yet and push the team to fix it before it reaches a client.
