We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in technology, be an excellent communicator, have a natural entrepreneurial spirit, and possess exceptional negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and provide appropriate software solutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies and plans
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and revenue projections to management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends in software development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager position in the software development industry
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of successful deal closures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of software development processes and technologies
  • Huge advantage is industry knowledge in Aviation, Transportation & Logistics, Healthcare/HealthTech, Manufacturing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
