Through innovative financial products, education, and our digital money coach, we help people take control of their financial future, whether that’s buying their first home, boosting their pension, or planning for retirement. Already trusted by major organisations including the NHS, we’re growing quickly and building a team of ambitious, commercially minded people who want their work to genuinely matter.
The Role
You’ll own and optimise the B2C member journey across our growing user base, driving engagement, activation, and product adoption through a digital-first marketing approach. Email is currently our primary channel, but this role is about much more than email, it’s about building journeys across new channels, testing ideas, improving engagement, and helping shape how we communicate with members as we scale.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. We’re looking for someone with high ownership and strong instincts, someone who moves quickly, spots opportunities without being asked, challenges constructively, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
