Middle DevOps Engineer (AI-driven)

Job Description

Infatica.io is a global provider of proxy and DaaS solutions. We're building our own high-load web scraping platform: an API where you can submit any URL and receive clean HTML or structured JSON output, without worrying about proxies, CAPTCHAs, or anti-bot systems.

The platform will support both cloud deployment and on-premises deployment in client infrastructure (on-prem, Kubernetes).

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who builds and maintains infrastructure through automation and the systematic use of AI tools in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop Linux infrastructure across dev, test, stage, and production environments
• Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI)
• Work with Docker / Docker Compose
• Set up monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)
• Configure web services, reverse proxies, and load balancing
• Automate tasks using scripts and AI tools (generation, optimization, refactoring)
• Analyze logs and incidents using AI (faster diagnosis and root cause analysis)
• Implement simple automation/AI agents for routine operations and alerting
• Reduce manual work and incident response time
• Document infrastructure in a structured way (for reuse and AI‑powered search)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps / System Administration
• Solid knowledge of Linux
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS)
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI
• Experience with Docker / Docker Compose
• Experience with Prometheus / Grafana, Zabbix
• Experience configuring web services and load balancing
• Experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
• Scripting and automation skills (Bash / Python / Ansible)
• Proven experience using AI tools regularly in day‑to‑day work
• Ability to write, review, and optimize code / configurations using AI
• Experience using AI for incident diagnostics and log analysis
• Ability to quickly adopt new AI tools and integrate them into workflows

Nice to have:

• Experience with high‑load infrastructure
• Experience with cloud platforms / VPS
• Experience building self‑healing systems
• Experience creating internal automation or AI agents

Important:

We treat AI as a core engineering tool. Manual work without automation and AI support is not the norm.

We expect candidates to already use AI in their daily work and to be able to show specific use cases.
