Job Role: Marketing & Operations Assistant
Compensation range: $1,500 AUD / Month
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: Hunt St helps Australian businesses hire top offshore talent directly from the Philippines through a one-time recruitment fee model. We work closely with founders and growing SMEs across Australia and move quickly as a team.
We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and adaptable who can support both marketing execution and day-to-day operational/admin tasks within the business.
This role will work closely with our Chief of Staff and wider leadership team.
Role Overview: This is a hybrid support role focused on both marketing coordination and operational assistance.
You’ll help support the execution side of Hunt St’s marketing efforts while also assisting with recurring admin and operational tasks across the business. The role is designed for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.
Over time, you’ll also gain exposure to internal systems, workflows, and operational processes while working closely with the Chief of Staff.
