Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues proactively.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and changes to clients and senior management regularly.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-project evaluations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably within consulting or professional services.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management and conflict resolution.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
