Job Description

As Head of Growth Marketing, you will own and scale Organic Traditions' DTC and Amazon growth engine in Canada and US at a pivotal moment of expansion. You'll lead performance across paid, retention, affiliate, subscription, and emerging commerce channels (including TikTok Shop), driving efficient, profitable growth.

This is a high-impact role at the center of the business - blending strategy and execution to turn data into action, unlock new growth channels, and continuously optimize the full funnel.

About The Role

Strategy & Planning

  • Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid, affiliate, subscription, and TikTok Shop
  • Set and deliver against core KPIs: ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, and contribution margin
  • Drive profitable growth by optimizing channel mix, spend efficiency, and customer quality
  • Identify opportunities to scale LTV, including subscription

Channel execution & Growth

  •  Lead paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Build and scale affiliate and creator-led commerce programs
  • Own TikTok Shop strategy, partnering with external agencies for execution Own search strategy across paid and organic (SEO), and evolve approach for emerging Al-driven discovery (AGO)
  • Manage budgets, bidding, and channel mix to maximize return

Creative & Consumer experience

  • Partner with brand/content teams to develop high-performing creative
  • Own website conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, PDPs, and checkout
  • Continuously test and optimize creative, offers, and funnel performance Drive a structured A/B testing roadmap across ads and onsite experience









Retention & Lifecycle

  • Own lifecycle marketing (email/SMS) to drive repeat purchase and LTV
  • Build and optimize subscription programs (offers, UX, retention flows) 
  • Optimize the full customer journey from first touch to repeat purchase

Forecasting, Analytics & Commercial Planning

  • Own DTC revenue forecasting, including demand planning across campaigns, promotions, and seasonality
  • Partner with supply chain and operations to ensure inventory aligns with growth plans (in-stock, no missed revenue)
  • Build reporting and translate data into clear recommendations to improve efficiency, scale, and profitability

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition for a DTC, e-commerce, wellness, CPG, or consumer brand.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other performance channels.
  • Experience scaling DTC and/or Amazon revenue across Canada, the US, or similar markets.
  • Strong understanding of key growth metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, AOV, conversion rate, retention, and contribution margin.
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, including email, SMS, repeat purchase strategies, and subscription growth.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, creator commerce, TikTok Shop, and emerging social commerce channels.
  • Strong understanding of website CRO, landing page testing, PDP optimization, checkout optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth, profitability, inventory, and customer quality.
  • Experience working with external agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on, high-growth environment where strategy and execution are equally important.
