Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer an exciting position for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Agent to work with Booking.com in Greece. This role provides a unique opportunity to deliver excellent service to Czech-speaking customers while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle that Greece has to offer.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from Czech-speaking customers regarding bookings, accommodations, and travel-related questions through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle complaints professionally and work towards a satisfactory resolution for all parties.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with Booking.com policies, services, and promotions to provide up-to-date assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within travel, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently in a remote or office-based setting.
  • Open to relocating to Greece and embracing a new cultural and work environment.
