Job Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join the team for Booking.com, with the position based in Greece. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking customers, helping them with their booking inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.


Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding their bookings and related inquiries.
  • Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and payment questions.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and strive to resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to offer enhanced solutions and improve the customer service experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Booking.com products, policies, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
