We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Billing Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and accounting, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy. The Sr. Billing Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate billing of our clients, as well as providing valuable insights and analysis to support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the billing process for all clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Review and analyze billing data to identify any discrepancies or errors

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies

- Prepare and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner

- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Monitor and track payments to ensure timely collection

- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to management

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in billing regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing or accounting

- Strong understanding of billing principles and procedures

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
