Sizanid Staffing, a leading and innovative staffing agency under Sizanid HR, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing top-tier technical talent across various industries including IT, engineering, and technology sectors. You will leverage cutting-edge recruitment technologies and your deep industry knowledge to connect exceptional candidates with rewarding career opportunities. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will also mentor junior recruiters and collaborate with clients to understand their technical hiring needs and deliver customized staffing solutions. Your expertise will play a vital role in advancing our mission to provide exceptional talent and staffing services.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify highly qualified technical candidates using advanced methods such as Boolean searches, social media platforms, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical hiring requirements and business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters to enhance their sourcing and recruitment skills.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to track candidates and generate reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the technical recruitment and hiring landscape.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and talent acquisition plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry trends.
  • Excellent sourcing skills including expertise in Boolean search and social media recruiting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and candidates effectively.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with experience mentoring or leading recruitment teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
