Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative, providing the flexibility to work (remotely) while living in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Norwegian who are passionate about delivering customer service and enjoy to work from a beautiful, sunny, location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and relevant departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
