We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Generalist/Business Partner to be a trusted advisor to employees and managers and a key partner to our global People team. This is a hands-on role where your judgement, UK employment expertise, and commercial mindset will really matter.
 
You will support a predominantly remote UK workforce, navigate employee relations, manager coaching, organizational change, and UK benefits, while translating complex legal and people topics into clear, practical guidance.
 


What you'll do:
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with managers across the UK, acting as a go to People and Culture advisor
  • Coach and support leaders on performance management, employee engagement, team effectiveness, and handling difficult or sensitive conversations
  • Lead UK employee relation matters end to end, including performance issues, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and complex casework
  • Provide clear, pragmatic advice on UK employment law, internal policies, and people’s practices, balancing compliance with commercial realities
  • Partner with leaders on organizational change initiatives affecting UK employees, including restructures and role changes, ensuring fair, compliant, and people centered outcomes
  • Analyze engagement surveys, exit feedback, and employee insights to identify trends and work with leaders on targeted actions to improve experience and retention
  • Act as the UK point of contact for employee benefits, supporting annual enrolment, employee queries, and relationships with brokers, vendors, Finance, and global teams
  • Collaborate closely with People Operations, Payroll, Legal, and the wider global People team to ensure consistent, high quality employee experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve UK People processes and ways of working, contributing ideas and insights to global People and Culture initiatives

  • What you'll bring:
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as an HR or People and Culture Generalist, including hands-on Business Partner experience in a UK environment
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law with proven end to end employee relations capability
  • Experience partnering with managers on performance, engagement, organizational change, and sensitive people matters
  • Sound judgement, strong stakeholder management skills, and a pragmatic, commercially aware approach
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with global and cross functional teams
