Our client is hiring a remote Offer Specialist / Account Manager to own the offer preparation and follow-up process for prospective clients. This is a client-facing role where you'll take intake call notes, turn them into clear, personalized offers, and shepherd clients through the decision process with care and consistency.
You'll be the point of contact between the intake team and the client, making sure nothing slips through the cracks and that every prospect feels heard. The client base is majority Hispanic, so a neutral English accent is a plus but not a hard requirement.
