Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting products and services efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
• Stay updated on the company’s products and technology developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential.
• Basic understanding or interest in technology and technical products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the tech industry.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Must hold an EU passport.
