Business Development Representative
Reports To: Account Executive
Location: Remote; occasional travel required
The Role
The Business Development Representative (BDR) owns the top of TCC’s M&A funnel for both Member Company and tuck‑in prospecting. This role is responsible for finding, contacting, and qualifying owners of CAM, rental, and other related businesses — the first conversation that ultimately leads to an acquisition.
This is a high‑volume, high‑energy role for a self‑starter who is comfortable on the phone, organized in a CRM, and motivated by hitting monthly KPIs. You will be the face of TCC to hundreds of business owners each month and play a critical role in keeping our pipeline full as we deepen our CAM platform and expand into new verticals.
