We're looking for an Organic Acquisition Manager to own and grow Xolo's organic and AI-driven discoverability across all our markets.
This is a hands-on, systems-driven role focused on building scalable, automation-first engines that make organic and LLM-sourced signups a predictable, growing channel. You'll take a full-funnel view from search and AI visibility through to signup, and drive a structured experimentation process backed by clear measurement.
You'll work closely with front-end developers, product, and marketing to ship a website and content ecosystem that ranks, gets cited, and converts.
