Position: Customer Service Representative.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients by assisting them with their travel needs and inquiries. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and packages

- Assist clients with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and car rentals

- Handle and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner

- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients

- Process payments and ensure accurate record-keeping

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in travel regulations to provide the best service to our clients

- Meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking software

- Knowledge of the travel industry and booking systems is a plus
