Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding the online payment platform.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting related to payment services.
  • Ensure timely resolution of problems to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
