Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Portuguese Customer Support Agent to join our team in Greece, with fully paid relocation! This role involves providing excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist clients with account management, product inquiries, issue resolution, and promotional information.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed on company products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality service.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation support.
