Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representatives to work with a leading Online Streaming Media company in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about media and entertainment and committed to delivering excellent customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in Croatian, addressing their inquiries related to streaming services and ensuring an outstanding user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to customers regarding online streaming issues, subscriptions, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
Assist customers with troubleshooting technical difficulties related to streaming devices and applications.
Answer questions about service plans, billing, and content availability.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
Stay updated about new streaming features, content, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements

Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming media, telecommunications, or technology sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Familiarity with streaming platforms and CRM software is desirable.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
