Position: Sales & Marketing Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$105/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic, end-to-end GTM workflows that challenge today's best models.
• Grade agent performance across sales motions, marketing, and revenue operations.
• Build scenarios for account research, ICP targeting, and outreach.
• Develop marketing scenarios including campaign builds, ad copy, and SEO content.
• Evaluate CRM hygiene, lead routing, and pipeline analytics.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years in B2B sales, growth or lifecycle marketing, or RevOps/SalesOps.
• Working fluency in outbound strategy, campaign planning, and sales operations.
• Comfortable with GTM artifacts like pipeline reviews and sales playbooks.
• Clear written communication; articulate reasoning and decisions step by step.
