  • Leverage a strong foundation in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics to deliver accurate, actionable insights that drive merchandising and business decisions.
  • Apply 4–7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or merchandising finance—ideally within retail or e-commerce—to support pricing strategies, assortment planning, and product launches.
  • Utilize SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and advanced Excel to extract, analyze, and visualize complex datasets, building scalable reporting and dashboards that inform business strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth financial modeling, PVM analysis, and scenario planning to identify opportunities for margin improvement, inventory efficiency, and overall category profitability.
  • Communicate insights clearly and effectively to cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex data into recommendations that drive alignment and execution.
