Its flagship product is an AI-driven, speech-based, audit-proof documentation platform designed for care facilities. Nurses can update electronic health records (EHR) through a single voice input in their native language, while the system automatically converts speech into medically compliant German documentation in real time. The platform integrates with leading EHR systems such as Medifox, Vivendi, and Orbis, and is fully GDPR-compliant, with servers hosted in Germany.

In addition, the product portfolio includes a learning platform that prepares international nurses for the Kenntnisprüfung and accelerates onboarding into German care workflows, as well as an always-on AI assistant that supports clinical, documentation, and language-related questions in real time. Together, these tools cover the full journey: learn, ask, act.

The Role

Position: Solutions Engineer – Germany (Healthcare AI / Software)

As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as the key link between the product and clients in Germany. This is a highly cross-functional role combining technical implementation, client engagement, and pre-sales support.

You will support clients from initial demo through full implementation and beyond, ensuring successful adoption while also representing the product in sales conversations with new prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Commissioning

  • Lead the installation, configuration, and activation of products at client sites
  • Plan and execute technical setups in collaboration with clients and internal teams
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, commissioning reports, and handover materials
  • Ensure smooth post–go-live operations, including initial troubleshooting and escalation where needed

On-site Support & Client Engagement

  • Visit client facilities regularly (1–3 times per week) as a primary point of contact
  • Handle technical queries quickly and with a solution-oriented approach
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements proactively
  • Train client staff on product usage and best practices

Sales & Pre-Sales

  • Deliver technical product demos and presentations to prospective clients
  • Participate in and independently manage sales meetings from introduction to closing
  • Partner closely with the sales team to address technical questions during the sales process

Product Knowledge & Internal Collaboration

  • Build and continuously deepen technical expertise across all products and systems
  • Share client feedback with product and development teams
  • Support the creation of technical documentation, FAQs, and training materials

Product Development & Roadmap Input

  • Act as the voice of the customer by systematically gathering and sharing feedback
  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions with real-world insights
  • Take a product-centric mindset, proactively suggesting improvements and new ideas

Candidate Profile

Professional Requirements

  • Strong IT knowledge, including networks, system architecture, software installation, and integrations
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical support, IT consulting, systems integration, or similar roles
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Structured and independent working style, with the ability to set up systems from scratch and document processes clearly
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany

Languages

  • German: fluent (essential, as most client interaction is in German)
  • English: good working proficiency

Personal Strengths

  • Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication
  • High level of initiative and ownership
  • Reliable and professional when working with clients

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS products
