Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and final delivery. The Project Manager will work closely with our clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the project from start to finish

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and monitor progress against them

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients

Continuously evaluate and improve project processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in project management software and tools

Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

PMP certification is a plus
