Project and task planning for a DevOps / Infrastructure team – scope, timelines, resources;
Organization of the project delivery process within the Infrastructure / DevOps team – setting up workflows and monitoring execution within agreed scope and deadlines;
Planning and coordination of infrastructure-related initiatives, technical improvements, and launches of complex features in collaboration with development and DevOps teams;
Risk identification and management across infrastructure, platform, and product-related projects and tasks;
Backlog management for technical debt, infrastructure improvements, and internal platform tasks – organizing priorities and monitoring progress;
Incident management – organizing the team’s work on production incidents and ensuring resolution within SLA;
Maintaining up-to-date task information in Jira;
Workflow setup within the team (development, testing, infrastructure changes, and requirements management);
Facilitation of meetings and Scrum/Kanban activities within the team; effective collaboration with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams on cross-functional tasks;
Reporting on sprints and projects and managing stakeholder expectations;
Identifying process issues within the team, addressing them, and working on improving team efficiency;
Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution faced by the team;
People management – team motivation and building effective collaboration;
Time tracking control and timesheet approval;
Proposals for process improvement and optimization within the company.
Requirements
Relevant work experience in project coordination / project management / delivery management;
Experience working with Infrastructure and/or DevOps teams;
Fluent Russian and English at the level of reading and writing technical documentation;
Over 3 years of experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the Waterfall model;
Experience managing projects and tasks for technical teams, including close collaboration with Infrastructure / DevOps functions;
Relevant work experience in IT product companies (iGaming will be a big advantage);
Ability to create and maintain project documentation;
English at the level of reading and writing technical documentation;
Responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
