Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients regarding technology products and services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical and other internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay informed about product updates, technology trends, and best practices to offer knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Good problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle technical queries.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with the support of a fully paid relocation package.
