Join the GetResponse team as a Product Manager
and drive product excellence by acting as a bridge between deep technical architecture and market needs. You will work closely with engineering teams to navigate technical constraints while ensuring that our roadmap delivers scalable, high-performance solutions that solve complex customer problems.

What you'll be working on: 

Strategic Product Ownership 

  • Product Vision: defining and executing the strategy for our foundational platform products to ensure high performance and long-term scalability. 
  • Omnichannel Transformation: leading the product’s evolution toward an omnichannel model, ensuring backend architecture supports seamless cross-channel experiences. 
  • Strategic Roadmap Ownership: building and maintaining a high-impact roadmap that balances business growth, market trends, and technical stability. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: translating market research and product analytics into actionable insights and clear development priorities. 
  • Stakeholder Partnership: acting as a strategic partner for internal and external stakeholders, aligning diverse business needs with the product’s core direction. 


Discovery & Delivery Excellence 

  • Outcome-Oriented Discovery: leading the Product Discovery process for new initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to validate feasibility before development. 
  • Strategic Trade-off Management: finding the "sweet spot" between ambitious business requirements, technical constraints, and implementation costs. 
  • Precision in Requirements: translating complex business logic into clear, actionable User Stories and robust Acceptance Criteria for the engineering team. 
  • End-to-End Backlog Management: owning the product backlog, leading refinement sessions, and ensuring the team is always focused on the highest-value tasks. 
  • Release & Lifecycle Planning: orchestrating release plans, conducting Sprint/Product Reviews, and ensuring smooth feature delivery. 
  • Operational Transparency: maintaining high-quality documentation and ensuring a clear flow of information regarding project status, risks, and milestones. 


What we're looking for: 

  • Proven PM Track Record: 3+ years of product management experience, ideally working on complex, platform-level products or data-heavy systems. 
  • Strong Technical Foundation: a solid understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, and microservices to effectively partner with engineering teams 
  • Omnichannel Expertise: hands-on experience in developing or managing omnichannel solutions, with a focus on synchronizing complex processes across multiple touchpoints and platforms. 
  • AI Fluency: proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automated analysis, prototyping tools) to streamline product management tasks, such as generating documentation, analyzing data, or accelerating the discovery phase. 
  • Strategic Communication: excellent ability to translate deep technical constraints into business impact and vice versa, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Advanced Delivery Management: strong proficiency in agile product management methodologies with a proven ability to prioritize high-complexity projects and manage technical debt. 
  • Language skills: full proficiency in Polish (native or close-to-native) and fluency in English (B2/C1 level). 

 

Nice-to-have experience: 

  • Performance & Scalability Optimization: practical experience in working with high-load systems, focusing on latency reduction, database optimization, and system efficiency. 
  • Data Architecture & Governance: familiarity with data modeling, security standards, and managing large-scale data transformations. 
  • Quality & Reliability Mindset: understanding of QA automation, monitoring tools, principles to ensure backend stability. 
  • Advanced AI Integration: experience in implementing AI-driven features (e.g., predictive analytics, automated data processing) directly into the product backend. 

 

Salary range:  

  • 15 000 - 19 000 PLN gross monthly on contract of employment 
  • 715 - 905 PLN net/man-day on a B2B contract
