About Us

Our leading SaaS-based Global Employment Platform™ enables clients to expand into over 180 countries quickly and efficiently, without the complexities of establishing local entities. At G-P, we’re dedicated to breaking down barriers to global business and creating opportunities for everyone, everywhere.

Our diverse, remote-first teams are essential to our success. We empower our Dream Team members with flexibility and resources, fostering an environment where innovation thrives and every contribution is valued and celebrated.

The work you do here will positively impact lives around the world. We stand by our promise: Opportunity Made Possible. In addition to competitive compensation and benefits, we invite you to join us in expanding your skills and helping to reshape the future of work.

At G-P, we assist organizations in building exceptional global teams in days, not months—streamlining the hiring, onboarding, and management process to unlock growth potential for all.

G-P helps organizations build global teams in minutes, not months. As part of this mission, we’ve created an indispensable AI agent for HR leaders, G-P Gia™ .

Gia is our AI-powered global HR agent that provides HR compliance guidance instantly. Built on over a decade of global employment and legal expertise and 100,000+ vetted articles, Gia analyzes and generates compliant documents and delivers the answers that HR leaders trust — reducing reliance on outside legal counsel and cutting compliance costs by up to 95%.

About The Position

We’re building GIA - the AI for General Counsel, in-house legal teams, and HR teams — helping them operate faster and smarter before problems escalate. GIA is structured like a Startup that demands extreme ownership and relentless speed and a bias for shipping over talking. If you need permission to act, this isn't for you.

This is a co-founder-level PM role reporting into the Head of Product and Engineering: you own the product end-to-end, talk to customers daily, design solutions, write specs, and ship. No swim lanes, no waiting for permission.

What You Will Do:

  • Extreme Product Ownership — discovery, design, specs, delivery, outcomes
  • Build the product-led sales engine — onboarding, activation, upgrade triggers, PQLs, viral loops
  • Drive integrations — CLMs, HRIS, doc management, email; define data models and API contracts with particular focus on permission models and ethical walls.
  • Run product research — competitive analysis, user interviews, workflow mapping, market sizing; synthesize into clear product direction
  • Talk to GCs, legal ops, and HR leaders constantly — build conviction from real workflows, not feature requests
  • Ship fast — cut scope, measure what matters, kill what doesn’t
  • Work across time zones — distributed team across US, India, Ireland, Poland

What we're looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Engineer background — you can read code and reason about systems
  • Strong product sense and design ability — problem to wireframe to shipped product
  • Product research chops — you run discovery, synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs, and turn research into roadmap decisions
  • Agentic AI fluency — you use Cursor agents, Claude, and similar tools daily
  • Product-led sales experience — you’ve built self-serve funnels, activation flows, and usage-based sales signals
  • Extreme ownership and speed — you default to action and own outcomes
  • Relentless curiosity — contract law, Kubernetes, behavioral psychology, whatever it takes
  • Design taste and chops — You can wireframe and develop mid fidelity prototypes where required without a designer
  • Core Data Analysis Skills — you can work with product usage data, compliance datasets, and qualitative research to generate insights.
  • Process experience - you can translate real-world HR and legal processes into the product by encoding workflows and business logic

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Past founder or co-founder
  • Legal or HR domain experience, particularly GC or legal ops
  • Integration experience — PRDs covering auth, data mapping, error handling, sync strategies

How we evaluate

  • Critique our product live — directness and taste over diplomacy
  • Solve a real problem we’re facing — on the spot
  • Whiteboard an integration architecture
  • Show us something you’ve built that you’re proud of
