About the Role:

Our client s seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media strategy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with our vibrant community and craft a compelling online presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

Content Publishing & Scheduling:

  • Post videos and photos created by the internal team across all social media channels.
  • Adhere to best-practice posting schedules, optimizing timing, format, and frequency for each platform.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely output.

Community Management:

  • Respond to every comment and direct message across all platforms promptly.
  • Provide immediate responses (within the first hour) to all comments after posts go live.
  • Maintain a tone that is sharp, witty, and fun, yet knowledgeable when necessary.

Copywriting:

  • Write engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform, ensuring alignment with client's brand voice.
  • Adapt writing style to enhance audience engagement and maintain consistency.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling, on-brand content.
  • Expertise in social media strategy, audience engagement, and community management.
  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytic platforms.

  • Responsiveness, including timely replies to comments and messages

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

  • Publish and schedule content across all platforms.
  • Monitor posts and respond to comments and direct messages promptly.
  • Engage with the audience, especially within the first hour after posts go live.
  • Write and refine captions aligned with brand voice.
  • Manage and update the content calendar to ensure consistency.
