Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers in booking hotel reservations, managing modifications, and resolving any related issues.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions to support service quality and improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and hospitality partners to ensure exemplary customer experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends, hotel offerings, and customer service practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
