Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, warranties, and repairs via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Provide detailed product information, assist with troubleshooting, and guide customers through the service process.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate records and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams including technical support and sales to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends, new products, and company offerings to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and patiently.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centered approach.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills to manage high volumes of inquiries.
• Familiarity with automotive products, services, and CRM systems is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation expenses will be covered.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
