Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Customer Service Agent to join a leading payment provider. This remote position based in Greece offers a unique opportunity to provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the fintech payment industry. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution, enhancing the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and professional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to payment processing, account management, and transaction issues.
  • Resolve complaints and troubleshoot problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to deliver informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in payment processing or fintech industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Interest in fintech and payment technologies is desirable.
