Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for a Dutch Customer Service Agent to join a leading web shop team, with the unique benefit of working in Greece along with fully paid relocation. You will be the frontline support for Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience online.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, product inquiries, and after-sales support.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to their purchases.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or web shop environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or office setting.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation support.
• Motivated, reliable, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
