KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Document customer interactions and feedback in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required to improve service quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.

- Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a remote setting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficient in using customer support software and CRM tools.
