Job Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a skilled Dutch Customer Support Specialist to join our e-commerce team and work remotely from Greece. This role is ideal for candidates fluent in Dutch who are passionate about providing excellent customer service in the fast-paced e-commerce industry. As part of our support team, you will assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking e-commerce clients through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, payments, returns, and product information promptly and efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce products and policies to offer accurate assistance.
  • Participate in training programs to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; good command of English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work setup.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
