Job Summary

We’re hiring a driven and results-oriented Account Executive for a high-growth SaaS company. This is a remote B2B sales role ideal for candidates with strong closing skills, consultative selling experience, and a passion for tech-driven solutions.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from qualified lead engagement to closing deals—while working closely with SDRs and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
  • Convert qualified inbound and outbound leads into paying customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs and pain points
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (B2B clients)
  • Collaborate with SDRs on pipeline development and lead qualification
  • Accurately track pipeline and sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Provide market feedback to improve product positioning and messaging

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, Account Executive, or closing roles
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions is a strong bonus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable running product demos and closing high-value deals
  • Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment
