About ifeel

ifeel is a global platform dedicated to making mental health support accessible, culturally sensitive, and clinically sound for teams around the world. We work with organizations across 90+ countries, connecting their people with licensed therapists and digital tools that genuinely make a difference. To continue scaling our global therapist network, we’re expanding our Talent Acquisition capacity with flexible, multilingual contractor support.

Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Therapist Network (Contract)

RemoteFlexible hoursOn‑demand workload

Multilingual Candidates (English + Spanish + one additional language)

We are hiring Therapist Recruitment Operations Assistants to help us process therapist applications, manage digital onboarding steps, and maintain organized talent pools across different countries and languages.

This is a contract-based, part‑time, on‑demand role.
Workload varies depending on operational needs (approximately 20–30 hours/week, sometimes less or more).

You’ll review applications, manage therapist candidates through our recruitment funnel, and oversee their digital onboarding and training — all asynchronously, all inside our internal platforms, and without direct candidate interaction.

The focus is operational, structured and task-based, not strategic.

What You’ll Do

Application Screening & ATS Workflow

  • Review incoming therapist applications
  • Check that minimum criteria are met (licensing, experience, language, documentation)
  • Assign labels, decisions, and notes within the ATS
  • Move candidates to the appropriate stage (advance / talent pool / reject / needs info)

Documentation & Compliance Check

  • Validate documents such as licenses, IDs, résumés, and certificates
  • Flag unclear or missing documents
  • Request additional information through ATS templates

Digital Onboarding Management

  • Trigger onboarding steps inside our internal platform
  • Track completion of tasks (profiles, documents, training)
  • Update statuses consistently and accurately
  • Ensure therapist candidates meet all activation requirements

Talent Pool Maintenance

  • Organize candidates by region, language, and specialization
  • Tag candidates for future expansion needs
  • Support demand-based recruitment in different countries

Requirements

Languages

Because this role manages therapist recruitment across multiple regions, strong multilingual skills are essential:

  • Fluent Spanish (C1–C2)
  • Fluent English (C1–C2)
  • At least one additional language (Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Dutch, or similar)

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in recruitment, HR operations, or structured administrative tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
  • Comfortable with digital tools, ATS platforms, and repetitive workflows
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing
  • Great organizational skills and reliability

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting healthcare or therapist profiles
  • Familiarity with global or multilingual recruitment processes

Contract Details

This is an on‑demand freelance role:

  • Weekly workload fluctuates based on recruitment volume
  • You choose your working hours — full schedule autonomy
  • Tasks should be completed within defined deadlines
  • Ideal for freelancers seeking flexible, meaningful, remote TA work

What This Role Is NOT

  • Senior and strategic Talent Acquisition
  • No live interviewing of candidates
  • No stakeholder management
  • No direct communication outside the ATS
  • Not a full-time position

This is a junior–mid, operational role ideal for people who enjoy structured tasks and flexible working hours.

Benefits

Why Collaborate With ifeel

  • Fully remote and asynchronous collaboration
  • Flexibility to organize your schedule
  • Clear workflows and structured TA processes
  • Direct contribution to expanding a global, multilingual therapist network
  • Mission-driven organization with measurable impact on mental health
