We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

As the Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our commercial projects. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all projects. Your main goal will be to maximize profitability, ensure timely completion of projects, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client

- Collaborate with the project management team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays, taking proactive measures to address them

- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the project

- Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing strategies to increase profitability

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met and address any issues that may arise

- Prepare and present project reports to senior management, providing updates on project progress, budget, and any potential risks

- Mentor and train junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years in a management role

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

- Ability to travel to project sites as needed

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
