Our Client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition, expand storage and fulfillment services, and deliver profitable revenue growth across all warehouse service lines. This role is well suited for a high-performing sales professional with a strong industry network in logistics, warehousing, distribution, retail, CPG, or e-commerce sectors.
Identify, pursue, and secure new warehousing clients across multiple industries, including e-commerce, retail, food-grade, industrial, automotive, and CPG
Build and manage a strong portfolio of customers requiring pallet storage, pick/pack, FBA prep, cross-dock, rework, and value-added warehouse services
Conduct on-site and virtual warehouse facility tours, presenting customized warehousing and fulfillment solutions
Develop and present tailored pricing proposals, including pallet storage rates, inbound and outbound handling, fulfillment fees, and SLA-based service packages
Lead contract negotiations and close multi-month and multi-year warehousing agreements
Monitor market trends, customer demand, competitive pricing, and warehouse capacity shifts
Develop strategic sales plans targeting key verticals such as automotive parts, food-grade products, consumer goods, and e-commerce fulfillment
Analyze customer forecasts to optimize warehouse capacity utilization and overall profitability
Partner closely with Warehouse Operations, Customer Success, Billing, and IT teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful account launches
Communicate customer requirements, SLAs, special handling instructions, and operational expectations clearly to warehouse leadership
Ensure accurate pricing setup, contract documentation, and scope-of-work handoff for all new accounts
Maintain detailed activity tracking, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasting within the CRM system
Travel as required for customer site visits, facility tours, trade shows, networking events, and in-person contract negotiations (approximately 10–25%)
4–10+ years of sales or business development experience in warehousing, 3PL, fulfillment, or logistics services
Proven success selling pallet storage, distribution, and value-added warehouse services
Established network of prospective warehouse customers and broker relationships (strong advantage)
Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline from the ground up and close long-term contracts
Experience conducting warehouse facility tours and presenting operational capabilities
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, WMS systems, pricing models, and capacity planning
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to translate customer needs into scalable operational solutions
Strong financial and pricing acumen related to warehouse costs, margins, and profitability
High level of autonomy, discipline, and self-motivation
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with operations, billing, and leadership teams
