Launch a New Mental Health Program in the US

Complete Homecare | US (Hybrid / Remote)

Complete Homecare is launching a new outpatient mental health program across the US and is seeking a Founding Behavioral Health Program Directors to build and launch the program from scratch.

This is a startup leadership role for a licensed clinician who wants the opportunity to design and build a new behavioral health program.

You will work with the leadership team of an established multi-state healthcare organization, but you will lead the development and launch of the your state's program.

What You Will Build

You will lead the creation of a new outpatient mental health program, including:

• Assisting with state licensing and regulatory approvals
• Developing clinical policies, procedures, and treatment protocols
• Hiring and supervising licensed therapists
• Establishing Medicaid and commercial payer compliance
• Building the clinical team and program structure
• Launching the clinic and overseeing operations

You will maintain a limited clinical caseload while directing the program.

Qualifications

• Active state LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (must be licensed in the state you wish to work in)
• 3+ years clinical experience
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Experience with behavioral health program development or Medicaid compliance preferred
