Job Description

The People Business Partner Associate will provide foundational HR support across the organisation, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day people operations and a positive employee experience. This role will also support managers and employees by assisting with core HR processes such as performance cycles, engagement activities, and general people-related queries. Working closely with the Director of People, the role will also contribute to HR initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing people programs.

  • Support employees and managers by providing guidance on performance, engagement, and employee experience matters, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Assist the Director of People in HR initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing people programs across the organisation.
  • Contribute to the execution of people initiatives such as performance management cycles, engagement activities, and learning & development programs.
  • Provide support in handling employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting cases, and ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.
  • Work closely with People Operations to ensure smooth execution of HR processes across onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and helping implement enhancements to HR workflows and employee experience.
  • Assist in equipping managers and employees with basic people management guidance and best practices to support a positive and high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in BPO or multinational companies (open to fresh graduates)
  • Experience driving employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives
  • Proven ability to design, optimize, and implement HR processes, policies, and people programs
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex HR or organizational initiatives
  • Experience partnering with teams and leaders across multiple countries, navigating diverse organizational and cultural contexts
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills to partner effectively with employees, managers, and leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
