We are seeking a talented Fullstack Engineer with strong expertise in React and Python to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, working across both frontend and backend systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions that drive business impact.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React on the frontend and Python on the backend.
• Build intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces with modern React practices (hooks, functional components, state management libraries).
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Implement security and data protection best practices across applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of professional experience in fullstack development.
• Strong proficiency in React, including component lifecycle, hooks, and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Solid experience with Python and backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Good understanding of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Understanding of testing frameworks for both frontend and backend (e.g., Jest, PyTest).
• Prior experience working in agile development environments.
