Job Description

  • Own and drive the growth of a portfolio of key clients;
  • Lead day-to-day account operations, including promotions and commercial strategy execution;
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships through regular strategic communication (calls, meetings, events);
  • Deliver data-driven insights through reporting and performance analysis;
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively implement initiatives to improve client performance;
  • Act as a cross-functional driver, aligning marketing, product, and sales teams to achieve business goals;
  • Stay ahead of market trends and continuously refine account strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, customer success, or business development, ideally within iGaming;
  • Solid understanding of the IT landscape and key business processes;
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and grow long-term client partnerships;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, and effective collaboration across teams;
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2+) or higher;
  • Confident use of Excel, Google Workspace, and Jira;
  • Well-structured approach to work with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills;
  • Data-driven thinking with a clear focus on achieving measurable results.
