Remote, LATAM, Full Time, Individual Contributor, +3 years of experience
At Yuno, we are building the payment infrastructure that allows all companies to participate in the global market. Founded by seasoned experts from the payments and tech industries, our technology provides access to leading payment capabilities, enabling companies to engage customers confidently and maintain global operations through seamless integrations.
We empower high-performing teams at brands like InDrive, McDonald’s, Rappi, and Viva Aerobus to integrate over 1,000 payment methods via a single API. By leveraging advanced AI and the latest technologies, we orchestrate smart routing and fraud prevention across 80+ countries.
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our growing LATAM team. In this role, you will own and grow a strategic portfolio of partners — including acquirers, alternative payment methods (APMs), banks, and fraud & risk solution providers — driving integrations, co-selling initiatives, and long-term commercial relationships.
This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of business development, product, and commercial strategy. You will be the primary point of contact for your partner portfolio and a key driver of Yuno's ecosystem growth in the region.
Partner Portfolio Management
Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of LATAM partners across acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud/risk vendors.
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring partners are engaged, enabled, and growing within the Yuno ecosystem.
Monitor partner health metrics (integration status, volume, NPS) and proactively address issues.
Business Development & Growth
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with Yuno's product and commercial strategy.
Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and SLAs in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and referral programs with strategic partners.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Product team to advocate for partner requirements and prioritize integrations.
Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to leverage the partner network in merchant acquisition and retention.
Provide market intelligence on competitive dynamics, partner capabilities, and LATAM payment trends.
Enablement & Onboarding
Lead the onboarding of new partners, coordinating technical and commercial workstreams.
Develop and maintain partner enablement materials, playbooks, and training resources.
Organize QBRs, partner summits, and joint planning sessions to align on priorities and pipeline.
Minimum Qualifications
2–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or a commercial role within the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.
Demonstrated track record of managing partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers.
Experience working in or with LATAM markets is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset with ability to track and report on partnership KPIs.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Legal, and Commercial teams.
Based in Colombia or Mexico (strongly preferred); remote within LATAM considered for exceptional candidates.
Native or fluent Spanish speaker; professional proficiency in English is required.
Portuguese is a plus for candidates supporting Brazil-facing partnerships.
