Location: Remote (LatAm)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Scope of the role:

We are looking for a Klaviyo email marketing manager who is as comfortable running a client strategy call as they are managing a six-client content calendar with simultaneous deadlines. This is a client-facing, high-ownership role — you will own the full email channel for multiple DTC brands, from strategy and creative direction to building, deploying, and optimizing.

You will be responsible for driving performance across the email channel, with clear ownership over engagement, retention, and revenue contribution. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Critically, you will be expected to leverage AI tools as force multipliers – not just for speed, but to raise the quality bar on everything you produce. If you are not excited about working with AI tools daily and pushing them to do more, this is not the right fit.

Requirements:

1. Email Strategy & Execution

  • Own end-to-end email marketing for a portfolio of DTC brands — including copy, design direction, segmentation, flows, campaigns, and deliverability.
  • Develop and maintain rolling 6-week content calendars across all clients, ensuring work is always planned ahead with clear structure and accountability.
  • Lead creative direction on email briefs, ensuring alignment with each brand’s voice, visual identity, and campaign goals.
  • Build, test, and optimize flows and segmentation to improve engagement, retention, and revenue performance.
  • Take full ownership of email channel performance, including contribution to total store revenue.

2. AI-Powered Workflows

  • Use AI tools daily to manage client deliverables, draft briefs, recap calls, surface performance insights, and maintain communication workflows.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate copywriting, creative ideation, and performance analysis, while applying strong judgment to refine outputs.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows using AI, increasing both quality and efficiency across multiple clients.
  • Demonstrate real-world application of AI tools in production workflows, not just experimentation.

3. Project Management

  • Own your workload with precision — tracking all deliverables, deadlines, and client commitments across multiple accounts with zero drop-offs.
  • Manage tasks and workflows in project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Maintain full visibility across all client workstreams, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Proactively identify and communicate risks, blockers, or scope changes before they impact delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate cross-functional deliverables.

4. Client Communication

  • Lead weekly client calls, presenting performance updates, strategic direction, and actionable insights.
  • Clearly communicate the “so what” behind performance data and campaign results.
  • Maintain consistent, professional written communication with clients between calls.
  • Confidently handle questions, feedback, and pushback in client-facing environments.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience (flows, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability) — Klaviyo Certification required
  • 3+ years of experience using Canva or similar tools for email creative production
  • Proven experience managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) within professional workflows
  • Strong email copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different brands
  • Experience presenting performance and strategy in client-facing roles
