REQUIREMENTS

Consumer Insights & Reviews

  • Analyse customer reviews across eCommerce platforms.
  • Identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Support product and marketing teams with data-backed suggestions.

Digital Shelf & Performance

  • Monitor product visibility and performance across platforms.
  • Help improve search rankings, conversion, and overall digital presence.

Product Detail Page (PDP) Optimization

  • Support the creation and enhancement of product content.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to localize and improve listings.

Project Coordination

  • Work with cross-functional and regional teams across APAC.
  • Help manage timelines and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, digital, or data-related roles (internships included).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear actions.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools).
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Exposure to eCommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Coupang, or Naver.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, content, or performance marketing)
  • Familiarity with consumer review analysis or digital shelf analytics tools
  • Experience working in a regional or cross-cultural environment
