.NET C# Technical Lead

Job Description

Jalasoft is seeking an experienced .NET C# Technical Lead to drive the technical vision and lead the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, and implementation of backend services using C# and .NET technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and ensure the application of best practices in software development to meet client requirements efficiently.

Requirements

Must Have:

• 7+ years of overall software development experience as a backend developer.

• Strong experience with C# and .NET 8+.
• Solid knowledge of Cloud development (AWS fundamentals,).
• Good software engineering practices (clean code, separation of concerns, maintainability, architecture patterns).
• Experience leading or coordinating development teams.
• Strong background in designing and evolving scalable architectures within the C# and React ecosystem.
• Proven experience leading technical estimation, sprint planning, and delivery, ensuring accurate scoping and efficient execution.
• Ability to mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, fostering continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
• Experience with task and repository management tools.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms.
• Good English communication.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AI-related tools or models.

• Experience working with docker.
• Experience with Reactes.
